DESCRIPTION
The basalt fiber cloth of our company adopts iwisted or uniwisted basalt continuous fibers as raw materials,and is woven with plain,iwill and satin weaves.Divided into unidirectional cloth,bidirectional cloth and multi-directional cloth.Relying on the temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,high strength and modulus,and electrical insulation of basalt fiber,it is processed by hand lay-up,pultrusion,autoclave,vacuum introduction,winding,resin transfer and other processes,combined with unsaturated polyester resin(UP)or epoxy resin(EP).

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Storage:It should be stored in a dry and cool place with recommended temperature of 15-35t and relative humidity of 30-70%.Please do not open the package unless you not use if,avoid moisture.

1.Strength requirement of paper shaft:capable of carrying 50kg.2.Both ends of the paper shaft are required:a small hole at one end and a U-shaped slot at the other end to fix the paper shaft.3.The size requirements of the paper shaft:long*diameter outer warp*inner diameter mm,(L:workshop requirements±1)*(∮110±1)*(∮100+l/-0mm).
Requirements for plastic bags:
1.Size requirements:length*width mm:(1500*500)mm.
2.Strength requirements:10s in thickness
Carton requirements:
1.Strength requirements of cartons:capable of carrying 50kg.2.lntemal size requirements of cartons:length*width*height:1090*230*230mm.3.Extemal size requirements:length*width*height:1100*2350*232mm.
Requirements for paper liners:
Paper liner size requirements:length*width*thickness:225*225*40mm,medium hole diameter 110mm
